Why wear this ankle support?
You may be advised to wear this ankle brace if you are returning to sport after injury (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo). Your joint is supported through effective, adjustable compression. It is easy to put on and tighten (just follow the path indicated by the knit!) and has ventilated fabric and a shape designed to suit your ankle and keep you comfy.
Choosing your ankle support size
Measure your ankle girth, to 5 cm above the ankle joints. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart: Size 1: 20 - 22 cm Size 2: 22 - 23.5 cm Size 3: 23.5 - 25 cm Size 4: 25 - 26.5cm
Why protect your ankles?
When getting back into sport after a sprain, it's important to have already done physio exercises so that your ankles recover as many of their physical abilities as possible. Once you suffer a sprain, the risk of suffering another is greater, hence the need to protect your ankles.
