Our team of product designers based at the B'Twin Village in Lille (France), is continuously working to make cycling more comfortable for our users.
Our obsession is to create products that meet the specific cycling needs of our users and eliminate things that get in the way of their rides.We then test our products in the field, as we are convinced that only by subjecting them to real world conditions, like the ones you experience on your bike, can we continuously improve our products.

New anatomical pad
The RC500 cycling shorts come with a new "anatomical" chamois pad.
The central seam lets the pad fold. This construction technology ensures the perfect fit and stability in the saddle. It has been designed for the male anatomy and, thanks to its stretchy layers, it follows the body's movements as you ride.
Breathable high-density foam
The chamois pad is made from a unique combination of materials offering the type of protection needed on your long rides. The pad has a protective, high-density, 120 kg/m3 foam insert under the sit bones and the entire undercarriage. The top layer of fabric, which is in direct contact with the skin, is made from elastane and brushed polyester threads to prevent rubbing and irritation. All of the layers are breathable and wick perspiration.
