Sleep on the aluminised side, facing the sleeping bag with the foam side on the ground to minimise losses of body heat.
R-Value 2.6 (measured by EMPA, an independent laboratory).
The R-Value is a measure of the thermal performance and insulation. The higher the R-Value, the more the mattress insulates you from the cold ground.
An R-Value of 5.9 means a minimum temperature of use of approximately -24°C. 0.7 is equivalent to a temperature rating of +11°C.

Postural comfort
This mattress has a higher level of comfort than most foam mattress due to its design and the relief given to the foam when it is moulded. This specific design enables a 2 cm thickness, increasing real comfort and postural comfort.
